Wednesday 4-13-2005 |
| We intended to visit Isla Mujeres which is an island some ten or so
miles north of Cancun. We boarded a ferry at Puerto Juarez and decided
we would take a bus tour of Isla Mujeres which didn't impress us a whole
lot but we did find some good beach area on the northern part of the
island and decided that we would become beach bums again which was our
intention all along. The scenery on the beach is more than you will see at Lake Texoma or any other lake in the United States in more ways than one as you will witness below. |

| We struck up a conversation with a couple of girls from Lund, Sweden that were touring Mexico for three months. Their names are Emma and Linda. The language spoken in Sweden is Swedish (go figure) but these girls spoke very good English and were a lot of fun to talk with. |
